Baboon Tanned Skins - BTS1: authentic Baboon taxidermy from our Durban gallery, a professionally tanned piece, soft-finished and ready to be displayed as a rug, wall hanging or throw. The Guinea baboon is 50 cm (20 inches) and weighs only 14 kg (30 lb) while the largest chacma baboon can be 120 cm (47 inches) and weigh 40 kg (90 lb). Hand-finished in our studio by taxidermists with over 15 years behind the craft. Its specimen was sourced legally through game reserves, zoos or official culling programmes. Documentation is included, and the piece is packed to gallery standard with full transit insurance. Studio reference TSA01213.
